We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, or you can check the up-to-date status at any time via the link in your order confirmation email.

We ship worldwide from our UK office via Royal Mail Tracked.

    2 to 3 working days. Thresholds are VAT inclusive.

  • Europe (inc. Cyprus, Gibraltar, and Andorra)
    3 to 5 working days. Thresholds are VAT inclusive.

    • €3.99 on orders over €40
    • Free on orders over €60
  • Rest of World (inc. USA, Canada, and Australia)
    5 to 7 working days. Thresholds exclude VAT.
    Local duties and taxes may apply at delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@mylocalbytes.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full policy can be found here.
