Power Monitoring Smart Plug

These are so simple to set up, Localbytes have really made a perfect smart plug with power monitoring. And to top it off, the customer service is absolutely top notch. Best power monitoring plug on the market by a country mile. I've got nearly 20 of these plugs now, they're so good.

These arrive pre-flashed with Tasmota, and are really easy to use and to integrate with Home Assistant etc. I use them to control lights, heating elements etc.

The unique selling point for me is the size. Other vendors' plugs tend to be bulky, whereas these will fit into extension leads etc without problem.

I contacted the seller once, about flashing a custom-built Tasmota firmware. They were very helpful.

These are perfect. Once an MQTT service is set up in Home Assistant and the sockets are given the address and password, they just work.
I've never had an issue with them, and they are my go-to for new smart sockets.

Brilliant. You need some minor technical ability to get this set up (but YouTube is your friend). I’ve got this set up under Home Assistant with a bridge to Apple Homekit to power a table light. Works a treat. No need to pay more for an officially certified HomeKit device IMHO.

Definitely the best smart plugs I have found so far! I much prefer keeping control on my local network, rather than relying on someone else's cloud app. These work great with Home Assistant over MQTT, and are also fantastic for keeping track of my energy usage.

Excellent option for energy monitoring and Smart Control of devices around the house. Only 2.4G Wi-Fi band as opposed to 5G though which is a minor irritation.

Save yourself the hassle of finding flashable random Chinese plugs, these are already flashed and ready to use. Only downside is they can't sit side by side as they're wider than a plug (just), square format ones don't have this problem
